These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all products purchased from www.mum2mum.us via this web site. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order with Mum 2 Mum, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Orders will be accepted and actioned once full payment is received.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Mum 2 Mum US offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Options:

UPS Ground or USPS Orders placed by 12 noon Monday through Friday will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days with the following rates to apply:

USPS

$0 – $9.99 ships for $2.00 
$10.00 - $24.99 ships for $5.00 
$25.00 - $49.99 ships for $7.00 
$50.00 and above ships for $8.50

UPS GROUND

Up to $29.99 ships for $8.00 
$30.00 – $59.99 ships for $10.00 
$60.00 - $99.99 ships for $12.50 
$100.00 and above ships for $15.50

Alaska and Hawaii items may require an additional day for delivery.

RETURNS

Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and we issue a full refund.

Mum 2 Mum US products are warranted against any defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.
